I’m a business lawyer who loves business and law.  I wrote down nearly everything I know in a book named Birth to Buyout: Law for the Life Cycle of Your Business. Why would anyone do that? Because I got tired of having knowledge that most people can’t afford. And, because I love the entrepreneurs who cannot afford me. And, because I love, love, love America and America needs new businesses to create jobs and I wanted to try and help. I also wanted to create something real. That’s the thing – this book is real.  I wrote it. I spent years writing it. It was really hard. There’s a lot of law out there to talk about, but no one has made it as hold-able as it needs to be. I love this damned book so much because it was hard and it doesn’t exist anywhere else and I wrote it. And I wrote it with my partner, Roxanne, and we fought a lot while we were editing it and that seems funny now. This is, in the end, the business law book I wished I had about 13 years ago. I hope it helps people and makes a little money out of something that isn’t a billable hour.

For now, you can get Birth to Buyout by PDF for $20.00.  We were stumped on pricing, so we decided on an introductory price of twenty bucks.  In a short while, we’ll probably raise the price a bit.  After a few weeks or months, you will be able to get Birth to Buyout in print and other digital formats.
You can also get free sample chapters or look at the Table of Contents – just click on the Birth to Buyout cover.
Thanks for reading. Happy New Year,
